The FS series is older, and is the lower end of the two. The FV series is a
higher end standard TV model. Most of the differences are in the options, such as the number of inputs, and a few software enhancements in the user menus, if I can remember right. As for the visual picture quality, they should be the same. If you are buying a new Sony set, you should very seriously consider the HS series. The FV and FS series are not HD ready, and for the price difference, there is a big performance difference in all modes of operation. Go check this out! The HS series also uses newer technology than the older series. -- Jerry G. ====== "Keith Chandler" wrote in message news:_d5Bd.637728$%k.101555@pd7tw2no... Does anyone know of any internal differences/improvments of the following 24" Sony TVs I am considering buying: KV-24FV300 - discontinued, but seems to have a better remote. KV24FS120 - New model Thanks, Keith |
