Default Matsui 28 dpl TV power supply problem

Switched on the TV last night and there was no response whatsoever ,no power up or sign of powering up .Checked power going to tv and it was ok.Power is going to circuit board inside back of tv.Is this a common fault and has anybody any ideas what the problem may be.
