Hello.
I've searched the net with no result. Does anybody know anything about a transistor marked MSPS 5384 ( It also has red, green, blue color code )? I would like to find a replacement. At least does anybody know pin configuration? Is it npn or pnp? Thanks Murbolt |

You can search for distributors using complete or partial part numbers. Many of the suppliers also include links to data sheets. Both services are free. |
