Default PCB fab recommendations for moderate run of small boards

I need to fab 50-100 small (1"x1"), double sided, plated through hole
PCBs. No special requirements. Soldermask desireable but not essential.
Cost is of course the issue. What I've found so far is around $300 for
a full feature service including separating the boards. I've done this
before without soldermask and uncut for something like $100-150 and might
do that again but would rather not have to use the bandsaw and files.

Thanks.
