Default Repair a Vtech cordless phone: How to open the case?

I have a Vtech VT9112 cordless phone that my grandson threw in the
toilet. I'm trying to dry it out but I can not get the case open.
I've tried removing the two screws in the battery compartment but the
two halves still will not seperate. I'm afraid to try to force them
apart without knowing if there are any other fasteners.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to seperate the halves?

Thanks

Usually the case snaps together. Sometimes there is a screw under the
little plastic where you'd slip in the telephone number. Also look under
labels, which may be pasted on over a screw.

Or under rubber feet.
