Default Sony CPD200GS Monitor

I have this monitor that I got screw when I bought it without testing it
first, anyways, the screen is dim and needs to be brightened but when I use
the onscreen controls nothing.

I know some/most most monitors when you take the case of you can adjust the
brightness level using the switches inside.

I can't find these screws inside the case. do they exists and if so where
are they located.

Thanks

TIM

These are well known for a bad C632 on the CRT heater line

If it is not the capacitor on the heater line, you need to take the unit
into a Sony authorized Monitor repair shop to diagnose the unit. Without
the Sony specific interface jig and alignment/diagnostic software for that
model, there is very little you will be able to do with a problem like
that.
