Default Magnavox PTV525 Big screen

Check low value resistor (R939 I think) near HOT; if it's open, look down into
the blue CRT using a good light and see if the tube is cracked; also look at
the neck of the CRT; you may see liquid in there; if so, replace blue CRT, if
you want to spend that much on it...I have seen a couple of bad flybacks on
these, and even a couple of bad SMPS transformers, but usually it's the tube.
