Default looking for Philips 107E schematics

Check solder joints in the middle around the transistors.
In fact, check any solder joints that are likely to get hot.
You will find many loose joints on this model, especially if the back
says made in hungary.(there are 2 versions of the 107E, bot have completely
different chassis)
My opinion, carefully reflow the hot spots on the board, i bet it works
after that.
And believe me, i had quite a few of those from the dump and ALL of
them had cold solder joints, some are not even visible.
Symptoms are dead and led blinking, hor out problem, east west problem,
picture shutting down when hot and so on.
