Default Zenith TV SJ2065W5 (9-1119) Reg B+ Too High

Hi,

I have a Zenith TV (20" picture) SJ2065W5 9-1119 (mfg 02/92) in my shop.
Reg B+ is 129V when it is suppose to be 123V. I replaced C3432 100uf 25V
105 deg, which had high ESR, but no change. I checked some other parts. I
have no record (based on past repairs) that STR53041 caused higher
than normal B+ . Do you have any information what may be the cause?
Note: Photofact 3014 (9-1118) is very similar to 9-1119

Thanks in advance, Brad
