Mits. WS65809 Washed out Pic.
Hello Group!
Can anyone advise what's causin' me to get this extremely bright and washed out picture after unit has been on about 15 to 20 minutes. Looks like a sudden loss of most of the croma, but have checked everything we can think of. Have not found any stray caps as of yet either. Please Help!! T.I.A. Jim |

Look for information in Googles Archive for similar symptoms. Usually
transistors go bad on the crt pcb, sometimes they do go intermittently leaky. Plus do not forget the basic G2 and other crt voltage monitoring for the problem when it acts up.
