Hello to my fellow technician colleagues. I need access to service
menu to adjust vertical height and centering and CRT color temperature. I have been reading Sam Goldwasser since middle school. Thank you everyone. |

Pretty close. Actually you have to hold menu for several seconds until the menu leaves the screen, then press 9876 then enter. From there you have to select factory mode, adjust it to 1 then you can scroll through all the factory adjustments. When done go back to factory mode and adjust it back to 0 or the set will not work. Any color adjustments needed, means the picture tube is bad, so probably you're out of luck. Ron |

Thank you Ron, this is what I needed. This set looks better after
adjusting centering and CRT cutoffs and drives. I have had good results restoring and removing shorts on these picture tubes. I am considering designing and building a tube tester for this purpose. |
