Hi,
I have this stereo system that started acting up. first the cassette tape
deck stopped working. it would only engage the head then reset and do it
again. Other than that the rest of the machine worked.
shortly after that the CD player started doing strange things. Now nothing
works. all that happens when the power is on is that the cassette decks
continuously engage the heads. no display, power button does not respond.
seems to me the computer is nuts. Is there anything i can try? will
replacing a brd/chip fix this?
