Sony DVD/CD player model DVP-S500D will not read DVD's but CD's OK
I cleaned both lasers but it had no effect. Does anyone know of any
tips or a proper method of troubleshootimg this problem, or are there any known problems with this model that might be documented. I am admittedly not too familiar with these. Thanks, Lenny Stein, Barlen Electronics. |

Also, what have you done about the attitude of the guy who usually takes the orders and processes RAs?
