You can try adjusting the tracking. I don't think it will do much for
you. What I think the real problem is, the field scan rate for region 1 is 60 Hz. If you were using analog television systems, you would not be able to have vertical lock or visible colour. What you really need is a VCR that can handle 60 Hz field rate. Then if your TV cannot properly handle NTSC, you will need a standards converter. Jerry G.
