Default Need info on Vintage General Instruments MOSFETS

Hi All;
I got a bunch of these older GI Mosfets but really was not able to
find much info on the WWW.
Any info would be helpful.
I think they are from around 1976 or so and in plastic boxes marked:
MEM520
MEM556
MEM554
MEM2008
They were part of an Electronic Engineers stash of samples I guess?
Tnx,
Rich

Data for the MEM520, MEM554 and MEM556 is at http://www.datasheetarchive.com.
Just enter the part numbers and click Search. Sorry, I didn't find a reference
for the MEM2008.
