Default Toshiba 27" Tv pix too tall & not wide enough.

This is a common failure, but I can't recall the location of parts
that go bad. A small zener goes bad, but which one? Can't locate any
bad diodes, D603 is ok, PCB isn't burnt like other similar models with
the exact same problem. Pix is too tall, not wide enough, & has
tearing througout, & piecrusting on the sides

M # 27AF46C, Ch # M3N127T. Isn't there a kit for this? I can't recall
the exact parts. Dani.
