Default ipaq h2210

Hello,
I have two ipaq with a failure.
The first one cannot recognize neither a CF card nor a SD card. I
suspect the supply to be dead.
The second one had a issue with the touchscreen and a reboot issue.
I try a lot of solution, for instance poweroff software but nothing can
solve the issue. The only way to shutdown is to take the battery away.
I also notice that the intern battery cell becomes discharging.
Did anybody already have this issue ? What are the solutions in both
cases ?

I don't have any specific solutions. I have 3 assorted ipaq units
sitting in the office that can't be repaired. All have different
problems, but a common cause. Intermittent cicruit board traces and
possibly ball grid array (BGA) soldering problems. I've had no luck
fixing either cause.
