Default MJ10101 source???

Hi,
I am looking for a source for a Motorola P/N MJ10101.
From what I gather it is a power darlington unit, (100A) . I tried
ONSEMI, which as I understand used to be Motorola semiconductor
division, they said they make no replacement for it. Looking around
the web seems to only get me to part broker types. Before I consent to
be abused by one of those places, any of you guys have any other
sources that I ought to try first?

Thanks for any ideas or leads!
