Default GE 20" TV bad tuner.

M # 20GT324 Ch # CTC175A2, had the typical bad tuner, did the full
repair, now 2-6 ok, 7-13 very snowy, 14-22 snowy, 23-42 won't even
program, 43-46 very snowy, 47-50 no lock in, 51-58,
& up all ok. Replaced the CXA1594L IC. Unit has never been touched.
Did I miss something? Dani.
