Sorce needed for Hirose 12 Pin Plastic connector

I need help to get details of
12 Pin Hirose Plastic connector used
with Fukuda ECG Cable.
I couldn't get any details of this
connector even in the Hirose website.
I need 4 - 5 no of this connector.
The Photographs of the connector will be sent if
needed.
