Hi,Help my daughter sings and she has been using a Studiomaster
Powerhouse Horizon desk to great effect, but the built in effect which has always sounded very good stops working after 45 mins. The overload red light might come on but not always. The amps still work and she has taken to using an external vocal effect but this does not sound so good. Studiomaster as was does not exist. Could anyone advise how or where to get repair or parts for effect unit. We live in Corwall UK Thanks |

Does the digital reverb work OK for those first 45 minutes ? I assume the alphanumeric display continues to work OK ? I suspect maybe the internal regulation for the reverb unit supply is failing. If you know what you're doing it's not impossible to fix, but of course at the factory we had the benefit of dedicated test jigs which made it simple. You'll find circuits here..... http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/...ce/service.htm Graham (designer of the Horizon) |
