i have problem with my sony handy cam.
i am getting error message: please use sony headcleaning casette.
i want to now what is the problem and where to buy the cleaning
casette?

For what it's worth, we had a Delco automobile stereo set that would
light a 'clean heads' light at intervals. The light was connected to
some sort of an elapsed running-time timer, and you'd cancel it by
pressing two of the buttons down. It's possible that your machine
does something similar, though it might indeed be triggering the error
code because of some test that it performs to check the condition of
the heads.
