LCD Diaplay temperature issue?
A Gateway 26" LCD monitor/TV is getting warm. I measure 115oF (45oC) with a
contact-type thermocouple sensor attached to a DMM. I'v been considering adding a couple of small 12v box-type vent fans to get rid of some of the heat from the active components in the back of the unit. Should I be concerned? What temp is safe for such a display? Thanks, -- DaveC This is an invalid return address Please reply in the news group |
