Help please identifying part - 309-6 transistor.
I can't find this in my crosses, and hope that someone here has
specifications for this transistor. Here are the markings on the flat side of the TO-92 cased transistor. Best viewed with fixed pitch font so it lines up correctly. ------ |309 | | -6 | |M848| ------ It's out of an RCA CTC158 or 9 chassis. If anyone knows what this is, I'd really appreciate it if you would post the specifications if you have them, or simply what the equivalent part number is for it. Thanks, Randy |
