Default Help please identifying part - 309-6 transistor.

I can't find this in my crosses, and hope that someone here has
specifications for this transistor.

Here are the markings on the flat side of the TO-92 cased
transistor. Best viewed with fixed pitch font so it lines up correctly.

It's out of an RCA CTC158 or 9 chassis. If anyone knows what this
is, I'd really appreciate it if you would post the specifications if you
have them, or simply what the equivalent part number is for it.
