switching power supply for a computer made by turbolink (channelwell).
It has 'C5763' with 'M2J1' below written on it. Is it a MOSFET or
BJT? What is the pinout?

Any of you guys know of a site which would help me figure out which logo
belongs to which company? I used to have that in one of my books, but
haven't seen such in years...

The ones for semiconductors are of most interest.

Probably a 2SC5763 japanese transistor. Probably a BJT but I don't have NTE's
software here to check.
