Default National M1A Camcorder - Help no manual, no accessories, need info

All,

I aquired a National M1A camcorder with very low hours - hardly used
by the looks - around 22 years old. But the previous owner threw out
all accessories and the manual. I want to power the beast up and try
playing, but it looks like it needs an adaptor to do this - of course
the supposed adpator and power supply has been tossed.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for clarifying,

I was typing what is on the side label. It is an NV-M1 video movie
made by National (Panasonic). Web searches have proved fruitless.
