Default RCA big screnn PTK195 trapazoid

I have a RCA big screen PTK195MA chassis that came in with a trapezoid /
short picture. resistors R14302 (3 watt) amd R 14512 (2w) are burnt
looking on the main PS board . Any tips on this
chassis with these symptoms?

Bob
