Default Information Needed. PTK195M1T

I was given an RCA 61" projection tv, model # P61927 and the chassis #
is PTK195M1T, because it no longer works. It looks like the coolant
has leaked from one or all of the crts. I have cleaned all of the
residue off of the main pcb and off of the large pcb to the right of
it, don't know what it is called. I had to replace Q14401 / Q401
because it was shorted, marked as C5148 replaced with NTE2234. Now
when it is turned on I here a hiss from the lopt / flyback. The blue
CRT doesn't light up and the picture is bowed at the top and the bottom
is not recognizable. The convergence is also way off.

I need to know how to check the level of the coolant and how to know if
it is at a proper level.

What voltages should I see at the B, C , E for Q14401 / Q401?

How do I test the lopt / flyback?

What cables have to be plugged in to avoid frying something while
testing?

How do I test the Blue CRT to see if it is it or if it is what drives
it?

Any other tips or information I should know?
