C/C socket is? Just to understand.

PS: it is best wash about 1/3 of the circuits (along the audio amp,
micro and eeprom, regulators and vertical IC). Final rinse with
distrilled water then speed dry with plenty of 99% alochol. Let it
dry throughly or speed drying with hair dryer. Also check the
convergence board as well, may have the coolant there.
