Default help anyone? old royal cms 215 plus programming manual

If anyone can help with info on how to program an old Royal CMS 215
Plus cash register it would be most appreciated. I picked it up on
ebay but without a manual. The manual for a newer model does not work
with this old piece of equipment.

Every google search for this just churns up circular garbage back to
nothing but useless adsense sites. If anyone has experience or an old
manual, please help. I did get date and time enterd but I just can't
get it to hold the sales tax rate or the discount code. I have tried
every possible combination I can think of to guess it based on what I
have found and the $20 wasted on 215nx manual

If anyone can point me to a support group for old royal collectors ;-)
before I pull the last hair out of my head it would be wonderful.
