Default CCFL Backlight Replacement Will this work? 30,000 cd/m^2

I found a ccfl that has a Brightness of 28,000-30,000 cd/m^2. Will this be
sufficient luminosity for a LCD monitor or does it need to be brighter?

Thanks,

- Mike
