Default diode array ?

Hi,
Cause water damege I have need to replace a small component on laptop
motherboard,
This component have a MO v and I think it's a MO M1MA142W Mot A SOT323 d
diode ca 80V 100mA


Someone can help me if my search it's true nd and if is possible to replace
it with another component.

I think it is a ma142w you can click to view the Datasheet here

Apparently it is a switching diode, so a replacement should have somewhat
comparable ratings. Switching speed is usually important on these. Good
