The customer did not yet bring this in:

27" Sony flat screen stereo tv model:KV-27FS13,chassis:BA-5 (I don't
know the SCC- chassis #),year:2004,Silver colored tv,SAMS 4729.His son
sprayed water in front afterwards no video or menus,various color
screen with thin white line alternating down the tv.

Anyone have any common repair tips for me? as I am on slow dial

Pull the chassis out and look for discolouration, mold, etc in the area of
the pcb that sits just under the crt. Probable that the fluid dripped off
the bottom of the crt onto the pcb, may just be a matter of cleaning up the
debris and letting the board dry our. If severe corrosion is present,
especially around any ics or components, then the repair will be more
difficult. Disassemble the tele, post your diagnostics.
