Out of curiosity - I noticed the reference in some of the previous posts on
this newsgroup to "the light box" (removing) from projection televisions.
What is the light box?

Some PTV's have the picture tubes, optics and electronics all contained
in a removable box so it can be brought in for easy servicing.

Well, more convenient servicing anyway.
