Default Identify the ST Diode: BUX

I have a bad diode. The part number is:
ST
BUX
C0 49

C0 49 is the week and year, ST is the manufacturer, BUX is the part #.

I search BUX all over the net, but can't find any information about it.
What's the equivalent substitute?
