Default Mitsubishi TV Repair

Some components in the scan amplifiiers, pin amp, and convergence areas
are starting to fail. Very commonly, electrolytic capacitors become
thermo sensitive before they fail totally.

If you are not trained in TV servicing, and do not have the facilities
to troubleshoot TV sets, you should give the set out for proper
servicing.

There are also serious safety issues when working on TV sets.

Default Mitsubishi TV Repair

I have a 55" Mitsubishi, the problem is more so when it is first turned on
the picture is distorted for a few seconds then is normal. It looks like a
bow tie large on the ends squashes down to 3/4 the height of the picture by
mid screen, the colors as you get closer the wide end of the bow tie
separate so you can see the image in red , blue, and green like three
separate images. Any ideas what might be happening?
Thanks
Joe
