VARIAN TWT manual
I am looking for the service manual covering the VARIAN twt 20W
amplifiers, the models with a front LED little panel to give indications about power situation, helix current... I am facing a VZM6991K31194 8-18Ghz 20W with a dead power supply and have no idea about the generic type. Thanks. |
