27" Toshiba tv model:CX29672,chassis:TAC-9168
27" Toshiba stereo tv model:CX29672, chassis:TAC-9168, year: Oct 1991,
no Howard W.Sams service manual available, has poor video, looks like AC in video-smears or picture washing out, I checked solder connections on P902A=RGB cable on CRT board and I checked pin 11. Diagnostic measurements?? Around the CRT, Video Outputs, signals at the
