Default CTC 203 no vertical.

Voltages higher than normal @ vertical IC, as if it's
not doing any work, waveform coming into IC bad,
replaced LA7612A jungle IC, then TDA8177 vertical
IC. Still the same. The horizontal line on screen is quite
red till you turn up the G2. Stations lock in fine, & sound
is ok. Yoke reads ok resistance wise. EEPROM? Rono.

have you checked the yoke resistance??
