Default MAXTEK TM-100 repair help

We have an old Maxtek TM-100 thickness monitor that does'nt work .

While checking it I found out that Eprom chip U4 has burnt out .

I would like your help getting the hex code to program this eprom or
even both eproms ( U4 , U7 ) , also I'ld appreciate a service manual or
schematic for it .

Thanks very much ,
