This old microphone pre-amp/mixer is old but I like it and would like to fix

Wow, super! You know, I did go to the Shure site, and did attempt to find
the manual. But was unable to do so - I must have not dug hard enough. And it was a surprise to see the diagram, because nowadays, most "user manuals" do not include the schematic.
