Default U-View repair manuals?

Hello,
Does anyone have a set of "u-view" TV repair manuals that they could sell me
in either book or cd-rom format. (dare I say it?) a copy of the cd roms
would also be acceptable.

Let me know

Cheers

Michael

Don't dismiss these old(-ish) schematic books as useless!
Both my TV (Hitachi, 1983) and VCR (panasonic, late 80s) are that old.

I visit the Southampton public library to photocopy sections from U-view
books on a regular basis. I'm not the only one doing so (I had to queue
while the volume I wanted was in use, once.) I'm just an amateur fixer
so it would never be economic for me to buy them.

I also had the 1958 (?) volume of their predecessor (Radio and Television
Servicing) out when fixing a radio a few years back. I'm sure they're a
goldmine to people who fix ancient stuff on a regular basis.

Mike.
