Default Toshiba 61a60 no picture

I have a Toshiba 61A60 and after a brief power outage have lost the
picture (completely black). I have sound but no picture. This happened
once before and I am pretty sure the technician replaced a fuse to fix
the problem. It is no longer under warranty so hoping it is something
basic that I can repair myself.

I found the following in a previous post to this group;

Toshiba 50A60. 50AX60, 61A60 and similar sets. Symptom: Has audio but no picture, osd, or menu. Solution: Change F852 [ original 3.15 A GMA ] Suggest at least 3.5 amp fuse. If it opens again able defective vertical output device. Fuse can be accessed from front of cabinet with a bit of diligence.

I took of the front and back panel but am unable to find this
fuse...found f850 and f851 but not f852.

Anyone familiar with this model that may be able to tell me where I
might find this fuse or any other suggestions on what might be the
problem.

Thanks

Tom
