Default PTK169 dead

Got this set, symptoms: dead, no startup, no power LED, no response from
panel or IR.

Removed the HV lead from the splitter, checked the hot, it is good. power
supply starts, system will not.

There is 137.8VDC standby B+ on the HOT.

Any ideas?

What are the rest of the standby voltages?

There are many things that could cause it! Just "Google"
the model, or chassis #, as dead! Check/replace CR4118!
Common, Rono.
