Default panasonic CT 20R11S dead after storm

i have a CT 20R11S tv that dead. i lost electricity during a lightning
storm, after i got back power tv would not turn on. there is no sound
or anything when power button is pressed. i opened tv and check fuses
and they are ok. where do i start troubleshooting?

Get out your DVM and start checking for voltages, like B+ / standyby etc.
