Default GSC brand electrolytic capacitors

Is it just me, or has anybody else noticed that GSC electrolytic
capacitors seem to have the high failure rate mentioned in that Taiwanese
electrolyte fiasco? I've seen tons of failures (bulging) with this brand
in Epox motherboards and Viewsonic monitors.

Thanks!
