Default Tectronix 2465BDV Vertical jitters.

Is there any common problem that causes vertical jitters on all input
channels? The problem is intermittent and all power supply voltages
appear to be stable. As a side note, when this problem first
appeared, the display readouts would disappear. Replacing the high
esr capacitiors in the power supply resolved this problem but the
jitters remained. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Chuck
