If they are the same make/model of flyback they could. but chances of that
are remote since you can't make(gouge) money replacing parts if the parts
are interchangeable...

If they are the same chassis, using the same yoke and crt they should
interchange without amy major problem. the P/N should be the same on the old
item as the one you are trying as a sub. Not a good idea to try and swap
LOPT between manufacturers or even from a small deflection tele to a larger
one, just will not function correctly.
