Default Compaq 151 FS monitor

This is 15"
The screen flick picture little left-right with freqency 50 Hz(like
the electrical network)and i don't know what causing the problem. When
monitor works at 50 Hz the flick is not visible e.g. it is immovable.
On high refresh rates it is also reduced. Did somebody know what is
the reason for this ?
Thanx.
