Default R.C.A. C.T.C. 187

CTC 187 eeprom has 5 volts on pin 8 and no voltage on pins 5&6, can
anyone five me an idea why?

Start at the micro aka system control. Check all of its must have
things first.


You rmeter could be too slow to read the changing data voltages. You
should at a minimum be using a logic probe with audible when checking
the sda/scl lines for activity, or an o'scope.
