CTC 187 eeprom has 5 volts on pin 8 and no voltage on pins 5&6, can
anyone five me an idea why? Thank you Vince |

Start at the micro aka system control. Check all of its must have
things first. You rmeter could be too slow to read the changing data voltages. You should at a minimum be using a logic probe with audible when checking the sda/scl lines for activity, or an o'scope. |
